I do a lot of jogging myself. The only problem is that I live in Houston, Texas, and the weather doesn't cooperate with my exercise habits.
It's either too hot and humid, or it's raining very heavily.

I dreamed I was running a race. That would be very strange for me.

I guess I have to bit the bullet and start jogging. I think I'll be able to only manage a half minute sprints , followed by 10 minute of walking to settle myself down. Repeat, rinse.

I enjoy running. It helps the heart, gives you the so-called "Runner's High," and gives you energy that lasts even after you've finished running for the day.

I love to run outside during the winter. I just did seventeen miles in the snow this past Sunday.

During winter, do you guys jog outside, or do you jog/walk indoors, ala a shopping mall. I walked a few times inside the shopping mall, which quite a few people do before the stores open.

I started running a few years ago, mostly as a way to shed some weight. After awhile, I converted to trail-running, and now I do it for the therapy. Also, I'm running my first ultra-marathons this year. Awesome.

, runners high doesn't usually start to happen until the seven or eight mile range, if at all.

, I have a low blood sugar problem as well, but have done a number of things work through it. With training and proper fueling, most problems can be overcome if you have the desire.

I wonder if walking at a brisk pace is healthier than or as healthy as jogging? I can get a pretty good cardiovascular workout by walking 3 miles in 45 minutes. Intimidation has prevented me from jogging. Also, I am concerned about all the wear and tear on my bones and joints, and the added risk of sprains, pulled muscles or fractures. Although jogging may burn more calories for a given distance, and work the heart harder, walking seems like it has a better reward/risk ratio than jogging.

When I run I start getting the shakes and I black out and my blood sugar gets dangerously low.

I sadly dont experience "runner's high" when I run it makes me feel hopeless and really...really sad. Also when we do the mile run before EVREY GOD DAMN PRACTICE! I get so bored and anxious, my attention span is too short to run anything longer than a lenght of the soccer field.

I ran cross-country the past four years at school, but I stopped this year. The reason? I felt that the stress I'd get from the combination of school and sports would outweigh the amount of satisfaction I'd get from it. However, I do run the 400m for my Track & Field team and love it (as well as all three jumps, but that's not running, is it). It's just a short and sweet race, and I feel great after doing it.

I love running. It boosts my confidence, keeps me positive, and is very relaxing. I miss it quite a bit right now, since the Saskatchewan winters are too cold and icy for outdoor running and I can't afford to hit the gym, but at least there's always winter sports

I don't run myself (too painful, but I wish I could), but I like to watch running and read about famous runners.
