Post subject: Hybrid Fans
Hello Sports people. Here's an Interesting topic.
On my Local sports radio station ESPN sportsradio 1250 The radio show host was talking about hybrid fans (e.g.Being both A Yankee's Fan and a Red Sox Fan) They were talking about how lame it is to be a hybrid fan. Like for my local rivalry for example, The Milwaukee Brewers and The Chicago Cubs. he even talked to someone in my city who was a Brewers/Cubs fan who he likes to call "CuBrewer Fans" he believes that if you root for both teams you are not a real sports fan, you should pick a team to root for and stick with it. He also joked saying "Hybrid's are for cars, not for baseball" Or sports in general.
What do you think of this? Do you think that if you root For both for teams like UCLA and USC you are a weirdo and a loser. Do you think that if you cheer for both Arsenal and Tottenham HotSpurs you ain't a real sports guy/gal?
I am really looking forward to your opinions.
