I think a call-to-action gathers more support from members of the general populace who might not otherwise have a good knowledge base on a given subject if it has a few simple specific recommendations. <br /> <br />Whether it's "Creation of a Job Placement Center for autistics and a tax break incentive for businesses who participate in the hiring of autistics through the Center" or... well, hell, I don't know what programs you want to suggest.
