A physical examination by a doctor.
In regards to the topic of this thread...I am lazy and have no energy, too. I've had a physical, blood tests, taken vitamins, eaten healthy etc and nothing has helped. I think the reason why I have no energy is because i'm just generally unmotivated (meaning it's probably a psychological problem, not a physical one).

one thing that has made me feel slightly more energetic today is i found out that in my first science exams in year 10.. i did amazing... especially concidering the time iv been having off. anyway. anyone know what exactly im feeling? not being able to do stuff... but i got a high from knowing i am really intelectual, smartest in my mainstream science class actually according to these results XD.
That's good! congratulations. Maybe you're depressed, that kills energy too, and a lift/boost like that gives it you back.
Take care.

thanks for the advice ounion but... i have a terrible memory... so your saying i should forget excercise and just do it when i remember? and also notably i dont even get time to sleep thanks to school atm... let alone excercise. and instead of saying the things i hate in that list... its easier to say the nice... here goes. egg, tomatoes (a little), apple and pears (but still never have them, really hard to store without being infected by those evil little grrs we cant see) and finally...... um... vitamin tablets XD. oh and also... i hate water, one big problem. ill only ever drink it as a side dish of a migrain/headache or other illnesses. and also alot of the healthyer foods can be expensive and... were having to sell our house now... my dads gone out of buisness and my moms disabled... and they're getting divorced but thats... almost settled in. so doesn't have mutch to do with the above... but yeah... i really do want to get rid of this crepe called lazyness/no energy... but i have so many problems and i really cant seem to incorperate anything in my life atm. however one thing that has made me feel slightly more energetic today is i found out that in my first science exams in year 10.. i did amazing... especially concidering the time iv been having off. anyway. anyone know what exactly im feeling? not being able to do stuff... but i got a high from knowing i am really intelectual, smartest in my mainstream science class actually according to these results XD.

Fresh green salad with tuna mayonnaise and cucumber, stir-fried brown rice with broccoli and mushroom and tamari, avocado, ( mushed as dip or spread) , lentil curries/dahl with brown rice and pickle, fresh fruit ( apples, pears, oranges), nuts, ( pecans, hazelnut, pistachio, brazilnut), sunflower seeds, eggs, fish, courgettes, tomatoes and bell peppers in olive oil and garlic, spicy refried beans with corn chips and shredded lettuce. If you can't eat, swallow vitamin pills.
Exercise, half an hour three times a week go for a walk. Treat it like medicine. You need it.
Lots of water and fruit juices and herb teas. Go to bed before midnight.
Good luck!

Indecision and poor ability to plan really bogs me down. I am not sure what I want to do, so I end up doing nothing. I have started properly using a planner and using cues to get me moving, even when I would prefer not to.
Exercise is important. I often find ways to avoid it, but it can really help. I think I get more mental stamina and generally feel better about myself, so at least psychologically I feel more energetic.
I eat poorly, but there are certain things that seem to help that I incorporate into my diet more often.
Do things that really interest or excite you, even as a hobby, to help refresh your mind.

I'm in no position to judge! My own diet isn't so good. I don't take enuff excercise ... I'm fond of beer, fatty foods, etc. Tho I can say I don't smoke, drink to excess, or do any kind of illegal drug. Since we both suffer from the same problem, I'd say lifestyle changes are a good idea.
Freeze-dried noodles are bad for you. Anything free-dried can't be good eating if you know what I mean. Like that stuff they use to replace the sugar in your coffee, "coffee whitener."
Supposedly to spare you from the deleterious effects of sugar, yeah right. You'd be much better off with sugar! At least with sugar it's the devil you know and not some anyonymous stew of chemicals.

okay, first off, i do try caffien, every day, ill only drink coke/tea for some odd reason, so bored of all other drinks. and as for my diet, in the morning i often eat "supernoodles". probably prosteric rubbish that contains a load of junk. then for lunch i often have a bernard mathews wafer thin honey roast (i think honey roast...) turky ham and often either a twix or a mint kitkat, then for tea most of the time i have chicken dippers (birdseye chicken thingy), chips and beans, but sometimes i have quorn chicken fahitas with things like sweetcorn, onion and pepper in. other times i have pasta with sweetcorn, onion, pepper etc and those quorn chicken peices in.... and... i have quite a few Mcdonalds tbh... maybe... once a week? okay... tbh its ruitined... once a week every wednesday at 6 (every day i have tea at 6, simpsys, have to watch somthing to eat somthing.) pwees dont judge me or be mean... im not overweight... i also do tae kwon do on a wednesday... did.. untill this stupid energy stuff came up

What's your diet like? Serious question, but there are a few additives and chemicals that can do that to you. Think about when it started and if there's anything you've started eating around that time too.

Post subject: lazy/no energy
nowadays i tend to find i cant do anything that requirs any real... doingness... ie too mutch energy. my cousin says he has also been experiancing this although he is substantially older than me and he does have aspergers btw, like me. basicly i just dont want to do squat but talk... why do stuff? pointless... waste of energy... stuff isn't going to get you nowhere XD. only joking, but i am finding it exceedingly hard to do anything... and i really dont have the energy to do anything about it... or persistance... or motivation... any help would be greatly apeciated. so fed up of it... i dont mean to ramble but yaaawn, nothing being done... ever.. thank you
