As you said yourself, it's possible for your perceived gender to change over time, but it's also possible that someone wouldn't identify completely as one or the other. Perhaps an "other" option would have been good to add to the poll.
I actually intended to make an "other" option when I made the poll, but spaced out on it when I made the poll. Also, my goal is not to let everyone vote in a poll, but to see how the number of bisexual males compares to the number of bisexual females on this board, so I suppose it really doesn't matter if someone does not consider themselves male or female.
Hey we're pretty similar, there!
I believe in the lingo out there you might either be called heterosexual and homoromantic, or bisexual (if you feel some physical/sexual attraction to women) and homoromantic.
EDIT:
Stop. Reverse that (to: homosexual heteroromantic or bisexual heteroromantic). I just looked at your profile and realized that you're a guy. (Sorries.)
I used to call myself a heterosexual homoromantic until a little while back ago, when I came to realize I do have
some
physical/sexual attraction to women (especially to my love).
I just can't "fall in love" with guys. (So, no real romantic attraction to the opposite sex. A smidgen, maybe...but very small.)
So to make it simple and since there's at least a bit of sexual attraction toward women there, for me, and at least a teeny weeny bit of romantic attraction toward some (select) guys, I just cap it all by putting myself under the header of 'bisexual,' now.

Me too (I know that this is grammatically wrong, but "I too" sounds weird imho). But I think there might be more male than female forum users on WP, which explains the results. Statistically there are more bisexual women than men (

).

I just wanted to clarify that I voted but I'm not on the autistic spectrum (that I'm aware).
Female, bisexual.
(Currently involved with a female who is on the spectrum.)

You should have said born sex or biological sex then. I know it's all annoying details lol but that's how we (genderqueers or trans) are
.
No, as stated earlier, I want people to vote based off of whichever sex they identify themselves as, and
not
their biological/born sex. Not trying to sound rude or anything, just bolded/italicized/underlined for emphasis.
And I know genderqueers and trans people like pulling that stuff; I had all these plans to include an "other" option in this thread but I spaced out when I got around to making it and neglected to do so. I am genderfluid myself, which gets pretty complicated with gender identity.

My sex is male and I'm pansexual. I didn't respond to the poll because I don't identify as a male and neither as a female.

I've always been bi; I never understood why I should discriminate between an attractive male or an attractive female.
Random fact: "What is remarkable is that 'straight' women find the faces of both handsome men and beautiful women worth putting in extra effort to see: they will work quite hard to see either." In your Face by David Perrett. He goes on to say, "Perhaps the biggest surprise, is the responses in the brains of heterosexual women, where the difference between the impact of male faces and of female faces is so slight. These women's brains are turned on by male faces, as one might expect, but even in straight women female faces too can produce almost the same level of activation in the pleasure centers."
