I would try washing daily, using different products. Deodorants, perfumes, soaps, etc. Make sure to also wash the "parts" well. They make fem wipes also. And maybe try fem pads. If that still doesn't help, talk to a doc.

For the urine/fecal smells, I would say definitely shower every single morning and never wear clothes (other than sweatshirts and maybe beanie hats) more than once without washing them. It is horrible, I know. I personally hate being wet so much that when I don't have to be around other people, I just won't shower for a few days at a time.
For sweaty smells, maybe try the antipersperant called Certain Dri. I use it along with a scented deodorant and it works great.
Also, I became a pescatarian (vegetarian that also eats fish) 3 years ago and now even after a long run in hot weather, my sweat is odorless (I have asked people that would not lie to me so that is how I know it is odorless.) so a diet change might help with that next year at college.
Oh, and a tip if you don't like being in the shower: I have found that if I buy soap and shampoo/conditioners that I really enjoy smelling, it makes me not hate being in the shower so much.
And as you try new things, ask people you trust for feedback. I have found my friends to be really helpful when I am trying to gather data on the efficacy of some new thing I am trying. Friends are good for that sort of thing I think.

Just the outside of the "parts" though as soap will upset the natural pH balance of your internal bits and possibly add to the problem.

Absolutely. I jump in the shower as soon as I get up because I know I would rationalize not doing it later in the day. I also wash my clothes after one wearing. I know when I was a kid my hygiene was very inadequate!
My Aspie son had a bad odor problem, partly not showering enough, (he does now) and partly it took a while to find a deodorant that worked. The only one that seems to do the job for him is Mitchum anti-perspirant. I also had to convince him that clothes retain smells from previous wearings. He's got the idea internalized now and his clothes get washed when they should.
For a while there, he was eating so much pizza he smelled like pepperoni all the time, it came out his pores. So some foods can contribute to body odor. You may be sensitive or allergic to something you eat often.
Just remember that any body part that is famous for being smelly, should get special attention when you wash. You might consider getting a hand-held shower so you can aim it where you want without being assaulted the whole time by a big blast, and it also means you can reach and rinse everything better, if you know what I mean. Also be sure to brush your teeth and floss or use dental pick cleaners. It all adds up. Maybe try a different soap and shampoo.

Yes, they're right about taking a shower every morning. And never wear the same thing twice without washing it.
But there's something else, too. My cousin's kidneys don't work very well, and the urine is leaving her body via persperation. So maybe you should talk to a doctor, too.
You might try phoning 811 - in any districts that would connect you to a nurse who will advise you.
I really feel for you - I was once called into the Personnel Manager's office and she told me I smell and ordered me to take a shower every morning, and to wash my clothes before wearing them again. That was probably one of the lowest points of my life.
I hate showering - it's so totally invasive and loud. But I would fling myself into the shower immediately after I turned off the alarm clock. It put me into a panic attack every time, which is why I left with my hair wet every morning. But ya gotta, really. Especially since we cannot smell any odor after 20 minutes, so we have no way of knowing how we smell.

Post subject: People say that I smell, and I think they are right???
No one has ever said it to my face, but I overheard someone say to one of my friends that he thinks I smell like urine. I usually wash myself every second day, because of my greasy hair, and I put on deodrant and perfume, so the fact that I still have bad odour is making me paranoid over what I should do.
At home, if I move away from a chair and my sister comes over to sit at it, she says "What smells like piss or s**t here?"
At school, the heating is unbelievaby hot, and I just sweat like mad, even when I put on good deorant. People never want to sit with me, and I thought it was because of me being too quiet, but even if they had their chatty friend with them, they still would not sit near me.
And one time, I ask to go to the bathroom in class once. When I came back, I noticed this odour around the desk I sat in, and no one esle was near me, which obviuosly means it was from me. This was near the end of the day.
What should I do? How do I make sure I don't smell as bad all day? Is it to do with diet or something? How do I also keep my self still smelling fresh near the end of the day? Also whne it comes to clothes, how many times should you wash them?
Please help me, because I will have to walk 15 mins or more to my college nest year, whihc means I might be walking in to college EVERY DAY smelling sweaty and I want to know how to keep myself fresh there. :/
