If you are forced to interact with this guy why not record or film him when he speaks to you (without him knowing)? Then demand he allow himself to be recorded in every meeting with you. Compare the two. If his behavior changes significantly in the two settings you can then show your parents some evidence of this and it will no longer be just 'your' word or 'your' impressions of the guy.
Keep in mind that depending on where you live that may be illegal. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with the idea, just suggesting some research before even considering doing it.

Trust yourself. Book recommendation: The Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker.

The educational phycolgist in my school frightens me. He has a smile that's creepy, he talks scary, laughs scary, and talks to me. I don't like him. He is nice, but I still don't like him he makes me uncomfortable. I don't know how to deal with it because if I tell someone they will laugh at me. My fear of him has progressed. It's really bad now. Is this an autism thing? Will my parents be mad if I ignore and run away?
Always trust your instinct. Even if the worse of the worse consequences you mention above (parents mad, people laughing at you) is far better than this man hurting you in any way.

I don't really see it as being paranoia. If you're not comfortable with a counsellor the treatment could be impacted negatively. If every counsellor you see is "creepy" or "scary" then maybe there's a paranoia problem. Until then I'd ask my parents to get me someone else to see if possible.

There is
NOTHING
wrong with saying "This doctor/counsellor is not right for me. I'd be more comfortable with someone else".

I have the opposite problem
one of my colleague is harassing me, i smile at her, i am good and kind with her, i talk with her whenever she ask something but yet she avoids me and nowadays she is going around telling people that i am crazy, she laughs at me upfront and bullies me
for me its a disillusionment that when i am nice with her and i smile at her everything why she avoids me.........sometime i wonder whether she is crazy or i am crazy

Post subject: Creepy smiles
Something that I've noticed about myself is that if someone looks to me like they have a creepy smile, it's probably because their smile is insincere, or at least I believe it's insincere. When someone is smiling in a way they think they're supposed to smile, or worse, if they smile because they want a specific response or reaction from me, it feels like I'm being lied to. When someone smiles, I expect them to be happy, or a bit uncomfortable. If someone is smiling at me because they want to put me at ease, or to trust them, it will definitely have the opposite effect because those are manipulative smiles, and they feel dishonest and look creepy! A school psychologist and a guidance counselor should know that. Not one clinical psychologist I've seen (of dozens) has come off like that, but probably half of the psychiatrists I've seen come off like that. (Most of the rest just act like they hate their jobs and find their patients annoying.) Politicians and salespeople smile like that.
I think dishonest smiles are up there with small talk, which also feels dishonest. I don't care at all which college your kid got accepted into, but I'm supposed to pretend that I do? I know you don't care which plays I've been working on, but I'm supposed to bore you with the list?

The guidance counselor at my school is like that too. She's insane. She lies about students to their parents all the time (she told my mom I asked for a therapist when I did not, and told my friend's mom that she tried to kill herself when she didn't) She also wants me diagnosed and pumped full of meds. I have NLD, and like about 99% of people with NLD, I also have ADD. I am undiagnosed because my parents do not want me labeled, and neither do I. This woman wants me in therapy. She wants me drugged. (people with right brain damage, like yours truly, do not respond to ADD medicine as well or as often)
So I avoid her like the plague. She sometimes just appears behind me though, with that crazy smile, that crazy look in her eye. She knows my weaknesses. I sound paranoid but all my friends who have her agree with me.
Any way that you can change schools away from this dangerous woman?

Yep, I am with Aspinator. Trust your instincts and explain this to your parents. Hopefully they will choose to support you and not force you to interact with this man.

First of all, trust your vibes; evidentially your unconscious mind is picking up something about him you conscious mind isn't
