Releasing your fluids 48h hours ago is irrelevant. And even if it costed some minuscule percentage of performance, worth it. Now, recovery time is a broad subject: - Age - Nutrition - Your current shape - Overall health (heart condition, are you a smoker etc). If your recovery time is bad, give it an extra day, don't add any more weights, let you body rest. And walk in between. Good luck!
Your legs can't run anymore? What does that mean? Are they injured or sore? If you are sore you need to wait until you are no longer sore. Injured, ice it, take a break, maybe get some professional help. Also, why do you insist on telling us your jacked off in multiple posts... Damn! We know you jerk it already. It doesn't make a big difference whether you jacked off or not, unless you have a chronic masturbation problem.
Anyways... If you're too sore stop working out that part of you that is sore for awhile. Gym Bikes provide a lesser impact on the legs than running as well, so for a lighter exercise, you can do that... but you do not want to overtrain, or keep working out the sore bodyparts...

It sounds like you are just sore from the increased work you did, and need some extra rest. Masturbation is only a temporary reduction. It might slow down recovery time if you do it a couple hours before or after your workout, but not for 2 days later.

It may or may not have to do with releasing my fluids, but that was 2 days ago.
Though I was pushing myself and walking a lot even for the last 2 days. Maybe that's it?
Does that extend the recovery time?
Also, how fast and strong is normal for my age?
I know I'm below-average, definitely.
My stats are the same as before.
Like 100 bench but only a few reps.
30-35 curls on a good day.
oh yeah, I squat 30 or 35 now.
Just started recently.
You squat 35lbs? How do you like, stand up? That's not even the bar. Are you talking 35lbs on the bar? The bar weighs 45lbs... So if you got 100lbs on the bar, then you're benching 145, which at your bodyweight of 155, isn't bad really, it's a bodyweight bench pretty much.
As far as how fast is normal for your age, well, the only real stats are the national fitness tests for high schools that you gotta do in gym class once a year.
https://www.presidentschallenge.org/challenge/physical/index.shtml
There you go. Only real benchmarks you can use, as the president doesn't make little kids do powerlifting. Only ones I passed as a kid was the sit and reach (cuz I have long arms) and situps. But I was thoroughly not fit as a kid.
Anyway, I'd say don't "release your fluids", it does more or less make you weaker, that's my experience and I don't care what silly studies say. But probably, you're either overtraining yourself or your diet sucks.
Lol no, the bar IS 35 pounds.
So you're using a women's bar?

Nah its fixed
And i do a bunch of reps too
