If you have IBS you probably have food intolerances, even if you never had intolerances before in your life.
My IBS was so bad that I was afraid of going outside. The only things that gave me (limited) relief were eating
lots
of sugar and bananas, but that's only a work around.
Try eliminating gluten and ALL grains for 30 days?
If that doesn't work, try eliminating dairy for 30 days as well as the gluten and grains.
For me I suddenly had intolerances I never had before in my life: gluten, grains (even popcorn), spinach, tomato, apples, potatoes... made my life miserable.
If neither of those work, you could make home made broth from chicken bones. The gelatin will hopefully heal your intestines like it did for me. I have soup made with that broth for breakfast atleast 3 or 4 times per day.
Thankfully I can now eat all those things again without having IBS, the home made bone broth did it!
if you are reacting to spinach and tomatoes look up histamine intolerance. maybe the the best thing for you is to avoid foods with high histamine or which trigger histamine release. it's a very long list but spinach and tomatoes are both high on the list.

That's it I think.
People also recommended apple cider vinegar but I didn't try that one out.
I think the lemons and the limes were the most effective to me, but I tried the whole combo.
Thanks for sharing this list of foods. I eat a lot of these off the list, and I don't suffer IBS any longer, but I think that's due to the fact I've increased my fiber consumption. I try to eat an orange or two every day and it helps me to prevent IBS symptoms.

I have had good results with a new strain of lactobacillus, in a commercial brand yoghurt, too.
I consume plenty of lemons, garlic and ginger...will try the others you mention here, thanks for sharing that

Thanks, Uprising. I do like to use many of those ingredients. Makes me wonder if that might have contributed to decreasing symptoms over the years, since I didn't have them nearly as much growing up.

Post subject: I think I cured my IBS so far!
I got no more bloating
I got no more diarrhea or constipation
skin rashes are gone
I got no more stomach pain
I got no more fatigue
I got no more nausea
I got no more food intolerances
My anxiety seems to be decreased
I got no more acne
It's really weird feeling totally different like this
All I did was doing a daily consumption of herbs and foods that were considered extremely anti-fungal, it gave me a huge herxheimer effect (what they call the candida die-off reaction) during the process but I'm surprised how fast and easy it went for me to get rid of this nasty disease that I apparently was infested with since I was 13.
Can't describe how relieved I am right now!
I don't know if this thread is gonna come off being believable since I can barely believe it myself and I'm afraid I'm gonna come across like a total weirdo since IBS is such an incurable mystery disease but what the heck.
