I think fat has become normal for NT and ASD. Too much food, too much sitting, too much driving. |

| Why don't you want to get help? What's your fear? |

Anorexia is not good. |
I agree w/Anubus, here. Doing a physical activity regularly, along with eating sensibly, provides a much better payoff than starving oneself all the time. You'd do well to find a physical activity that you feel comfortable doing. |
I agree, but it's a tough habit to kick. In order to heal successfully, you have to want to get help, and I'm just not ready. |

I voted fit. I usually have a couple pounds extra weight I keep gaining and losing but overall I work out regularly and I'm pretty strong - more so taking into account that I'm a bit short.
I'm not the strongest at the local gym or anything like that but I think I've been doing a decent job over the last years. I also invest in flexibility and aerobic stamina - that perhaps does give me an edge over those many that just work to get big. |

| I think I'm fit, although I don't really have a regular exercise routine. Generally, I rollerblade to get to lectures or go places that are farther away, and that's probably where I get all my exercise. But I consider myself to eat a lot. Despite that (including junk food), I'm still not fat. I'm not sure it's a metabolism thing though. |

| Sad to say, but I'm fat. Not obese though, more like chubby. |

| Fat, then fit, then back to fat. There is no worse feeling than regaining weight you lost, except losing muscle that you gained at the same time as losing weight. |

I am 5'10" and 195 pounds. How would that be classified?
I go to the gym at my school nearly every day. I do 20 minutes of cardio, and do some of the weight machines. If the weather is nice, I jog for 1 1/2 hours.
