Woke up feeling positive and it's lasted despite a boring meeting.
Resisted the temptation to disrupt the meeting by asking lots of difficult questions which I knew would create problems to the Chair, but left instead claiming clinical duties.

just back from team meeting. Sometimes feel that I'm more of a team player than all the NTs who seem to want to argue over the silliest smallest points rather than just getting on with things.
Mood today, down. Hate those meetings.

This is my attempt at sort of blog.
Previous diaries and the like that I have tried to keep have never been that successful so will wait to see how this turns out.
Mood today: Pretty much a can't be bothered type of mood.
