It is quite simple.

You just raise and lower your eyebrows quickly, usually within 1/10 of a second.

This mimics the "surprised" face and is interpreted by the other person as you being pleasantly...

Many of us have problem with eye contact.
Some might say it's not a problem not to look people in the eyes, but it is.
Proper eye contact a very large portion of NT communication, and as I believe that getting a diagnose is a starting point for improvement and not an excuse for being lazy ...
