Still haven't gained any weight. In fact I regressed back to 39kg. So today I'm eating 250 more kcal. I feel extremely full and had to have a relatively copious lunch. Tomorrow I will try and snack more often on fruit, yogurt and biscuits, then I can eat a smaller lunch and I won't have to eat much ...
