Would you count a robot movie under the designation of "creature"? They are not considered human but are considered in a similar enough frame that they wouldn't be thought of really as inanimate or animals. There's also the instinctive human fear of them. Anyway, I like Bicentennial Man.

I would count robot films in the creature film catagorey.

Dolls is freakin scary to watch the thought of having dolls come to life and kill you is scary.

Yeah, the book's awesome -and so is Maurice Sendak. :D If you do ever watch the film adaptation, I should let you know it's pretty different from the original book.

I've seen Dolls, too...it is kind of disturbing, I agree, but I kinda like the plotline of people who are self - serving and coldhearted in real life having to pay a sort of penance by being turned into dolls to bring joy to children. That's just me, tho.

I've seen the Creeping Terror, too - altho, it was the MST3K version. :)

The story concerns experiments in genetic engineering being done by a young scientist couple who attempt to introduce human DNA into their work of splicing animal genes

But be warn their is a rape scene in the film that made me very upset I hate people that commit such crimes.

Hmm sounds interesting. As awful as this sounds, I'm completely desensitized to violence in the media, even rape scenes. There were several rape scenes in one of my favorite movies, The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo, but I didn't even bat an eyelash. I'm just glad that I didn't wind up watching it with my parents like I was originally planning on doing.

I couldn't watch The Girl with The Dragaon Tattoo, with my mother it would just be rather unpleasant.

The movie that really upset me the most in a emotial since was The Wicker Man or Drive Angry.
