To see what I'm getting at, click on user who has at least 1000 posts. Note their post count. Then click "search user posts". You'll see there are "Search found #### matches" That number is less than the post count. the number of pages times 15 gives you the #### number.

What is the reason for posts having to be approved? I do like the friends and foes option. It will make viewing this place a lot more civilized, but I am already getting frustrated that I am not seeing my posts after i click submit.

We desperately need a "go to first unread post" option on threads. Most sites use the icon to the far left of the thread title, but it appears there is no such link on WP.

The go to new post buttons which have recently appear in the "show your posts" page take you to the top of the page with the most recent post, not the post itself.

I have just encountered a new error. I received a topic reply notification in the False Friends thread
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=230001&p=6361765#p6361765

When I followed the link, the latest post was from July. I went back to the language forum and saw that the newest post in the thread is from today, but choosing "latest post" just takes me to the first post in the thread. I hit 'post reply' to write a post and in the topic review I could see the newer posts, but when returning to the page and refreshing it, I still only see the posts up to July.

Who is CDAWG (see Registered Users list), who has apparently been a member of WP since 1 January 1970?

I don't seriously expect anyone to answer this, but I have a weird fascination for such bizarre details. :wink:

I don't like having to look through up to 7 printable pages to find a topic I want to post in because there is so much space between each line of text on topic lists. I often can't find a topic I want to post in because it's easy to miss and overlook. The old version had the topic list page more condensed in 4 printable pages and was easier to find topics in. Please do something about this and the posting page being similarly scroll excessive.
