I've always wondered, how do anti-breast laws handle trans women with breast implants, or naturally developed A-cup breasts as the result of HRT, who haven't legally changed their gender? Legally, they are still biological men and should therefore be allowed to flash their chest in public.
That reminds me of Bailey-Jay Granger aka Line Trap. "It's ok, I'm a boy!" Adorable.

I'm thinking that more women than men will be opposed to permitting ladies to expose their nipples. The reason being that women possess an extremely competitive nature. They typically go to a lot of fuss over their appearance, particularly with brassieres and other little tricks (like inserts) that are designed to make the breasts appear inflated. Those Miracle Bras by Victoria's Secret are expensive.
Women who put a lot of effort into making their breasts appear larger will probably complain about losing their competitive advantage, if all women were to be permitted to display their nipples.
But, that doesn't stop them from taking pleasure from peering at the men's nipples.
Now here we are: The Washingtonian is absolutely correct politically on this matter.

At the point where you start making these kinds of statements, you should be asking questions like, "How much do I like posting in these forums," and, "Is baiting the mods really all that good an idea?"
I was teasing............. obviously.
A lot worse has been posted here.........trust me.
If your eyes get scratched out by a Moderator, then you won't be able to see the nipples anyway, and the outcome of the poll will be moot.
Where did you ever get this notion of eyes being scratched out. Seems kind of sadistic.......

I think both should be allowed to show their nipples. It's not fair that men get to take their shirts off in hot weather and I have to keep my clothes on while I'm getting heatstroke. HUMPH!

I think you'd get some women demanding their right to go topless and also demanding that men not look at their breasts (with threats of physical harm/the police if they do).
It's really a case of coat-trailing on their part.
