Many Aspies have always had trouble in schools that force you to go at a certain pace; never at your own pace. The schools we go to now are confusing for us Aspies and not for neurotypicals because Aspies learn a TOTALLY different way. If you make bad grades, it is NOT because you're stupid in any sense of the word, it is because of your school and how it's trying to force you to learn a way that's inefficient to you.

Time to get to what I came here for; what I'm talking about is Focus Academy. I go to Focus and I'm already finished with high school because the work is SELF-PACED, you can finish high school as early as 2-3 years. Unfortunately, you must live near the Katy and/or Sugarland areas of Houston, TX to go to Focus because that's its only two locations. If you wish to learn more then go to Google then type down, "Focus Initiative" in the Google Search bar as I can't post links as of now.

P.S. A great majority of the students have Autism of some sort.

Focus Academy now has three locations - Sugar Land, Katy and the Woodlands.
Go to focusacademyhouston for more information.
The school is designed for Aspies, those with ADHD and gifted students.
