You all should check out AsperClick. It's a forums for those with Aspergers and unlike Wrong Planet, most of the people on the site are in their teens or twenties. It's been around since 2012 so its just starting out but it already has a decent sized community. And unlike Wrong Planet, it also has a friend system where you can add others as friends and write statuses as well.

I joined that site awhile ago and AspiesCentral but I like Wrongplanet the best.
