Next week, the mailroom girl is leaving to attend university.
at the end of the month 2 senior girls are leaving for different companies.

Which means 3 staff members have left this month.
Resignations are common at my workplace, mainly because people find better jobs. 1 got the sack.

There's just me and I can't find anything better to move on to.

I haven't found anything better to move to, other than the job I have now.

At the previous job I worked, I put in my two weeks notice at the same time a lot of the senior staff did. I saw a lot of employees come and go. But that place just wasn't making any money anymore; it's a restaurant. The only reason I left this job was to make better money elsewhere.

Now I work at another restaurant, and almost everybody I met within my first couple of months working here are gone, mostly from resigning and "moving on." Two coworkers I thought I became good friends with were literally moving away, but they were for very good reasons. I really miss them.

At my work resignations are rare. I work at a bank. The only Person who left my department has been my manager to a different position at the bank. My bank treasures its long term employees.

I've worked where I do for almost 2 years and I'm one of the most junior people.

Only one guy has left from what I can remember.. a few people got the job then left immediatly, probably couldn't handle waking up at 3am or earlier everyday.

Once worked for a company which had 5 people resign from their head office in one week (about 100 staff in the office total). And then they fired me in the same week :x. They had some serious inconsistencies in management and policies, which led to high staff turnover.
