My mom wont, for some reason, let me go to one. She always tries to mess me up. I know it.

There is not one-size-fits-all example.

I wanted to work in law enforcement. The interviews were sometimes very professional and some were extremely brutal.

In non-law enforcement jobs, the interviews were more on the professional side. It's nice if the interviewer is good at their job...making you feel more comfortable talking with them.

Frankly, of late, I've been trying to get a better job, but I won't take an offer that does not place me in a significantly better position than what I'm doing now. This ability to refuse an offer makes me more calm in the interview because I can carry myself with a confidence that I don't NEED their job as much as I may WANT their job. It's a new world compared to going on interviews when you're unemployed and NEED the job. Can't say it's improved things, but my stress levels are lower.
