Thanks for the video...I knew that CIA manipulates not just news media but also holywood to influence public opinion as well.
I love how the weenie says "this kinda detail needs to be discussed in executive session" He might as well have said, "hell ya we do!!"
Its like a drunk caught driving, refusing to take the Breathalyzer test. Either way, guilty.

Jojo

Bush did the same thing during the 9/11 commission, asking for an executive session.

If you want to know more about the CIA involvement in the media look at this

Operation Mockingbird

Shouldn't the Seal Team 6 Movie be illegal then?

Maybe if people looked at the events a little closer, they wouldn't take it seriously.

Private propaganda is legal. Most is also exempt from Truth in Advertising Laws.

If Religion had to verify their claims, and were barred from telling you just how hot the fires you will be cast into, now or later, they would be reduced to, "Behold Maybe!"

At least the Russians got it right, the company line was published in Pravda, (Truth). Everyone agreed, for it is cold in Siberia.

Natasha, "I do not fear being sent to Siberia." Boris, "No?" Natasha, No, I fear what they will do to me, before sending me to Siberia." Boris, "Shudder."

It worked out because no one believed Pravda, and in The Workers Paradise, they had time to explore why that would not work.

It is a cycle, we are now in the time when the Secret Department of Evil Spirits finds it can not locate any evil spirits, so it goes after their friends and fellow travelers.

The House Committie on unAmerican Activities did the same.

in 1935 Harry Anslinger discovered that a product that had always been legal, to grow, smoke, or make rope out of, lead to Reefer Madness, and was the cause of all crime. Outlawing it lead to a crime free world.

The latest Thought Crimes are too vauge for Lawyers to explain to Judges, which is why the Government can detain people forever, and never let them see a Judge. Anyone asking about them can also vanish, for Freedom.

We have bigger problems than people lying to us.

There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that bans propaganda.

You're right, it's not apart of the Constitution.

Quote:
The tweak to the bill would essentially neutralize two previous acts—the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and Foreign Relations Authorization Act in 1987—that had been passed to protect U.S. audiences from our own government’s misinformation campaigns.

Smith-Mundt Act of 1948

Quote:
The US Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (Public Law 80-402), popularly referred to as the Smith–Mundt Act, specifies the terms in which the United States government can engage global audiences, also known as public diplomacy.

The act was first introduced as the Bloom Bill in December 1945 in the 79th Congress and subsequently passed by the 80th Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman on January 27, 1948.

Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1988
