Gimme a routine for the next week.
I have basically the whole day to work out and i have 2 gyms to go to.

I nee to get built.

What should i eat and how should i warm up?

How long should it be before i take a break?

Hmmm, walk to places you want to go even if you usually go in the car, that'll keep you fit. And eat lean protein and veggies I suppose, don't eat really starchy stuff like white bread because you'll want more.

With the gym, I suppose just go for a couple of hours and have breaks when you're super tired, then start again? I have a cross trainer/bike in my room and I like to carry on until my legs and arms are buzzing.

best is to do a warm up first and after that train every muscle group do about 10 to 12 repitions then rest and then again 10 to 12 repitions do this about 3 times on every machine so about 30 to 36 on every machine. there's usualy also people at the gym that can tell you how to work the machines. note though that there is no way to get ripped in a day.
