I have an enclosure for an animal where I am using topsoil as the substrate or bedding, and I just noticed there's a tiny green plant that sprouted up. Does anyone know what plant seeds are common to come with bags of topsoil or is anyone good at identifying baby blants? I can get a picture of it if needed.

Edit: Just went to the enclosure. Here is a picture of the plant.

Could be almost anything. Most seedlings look like that when small. Odds are it is a weed but if you are curious let it grow until it is identifiable.

Thank you for the response. I am going to leave it there to grow old, I think it adds some beauty to the plain enclosure. That may or may not happen though, it all depends if godzilla tramples it to death or not. If it makes it through, I will update the thread with a new pic :D
