I collect buttons...I have over 10,000 of them so far. I've only been collecting them for just over a year.
I collect clothing price tags...I have no idea why. I just like to collect them. I have about 50 and they are not all mine. Some are from Mother and others are from other family members.

Post what you collect on this thread :D

Does what you collect have a special meaning to you, or is it just more for rote?

I know a man who's deathly afraid of buttons! It's his biggest fear... and he's not really weird, he's a respectable man in his 50's.

I collect Poirot-themed items: books, films, games, etc. And old MAD magazines.

I literally just chucked a large amount of buttons in the trash while cleaning out my gramma's old house! I totally would have sent them to you!

I forgot to add; the prize collection is my Babylon 5 Wars rulebooks (tabletop wargame). I've got them all so there's no more to collect.

LP's.

I used to have about 300 in my collection until I pawned them off in a yard sale about 12 years ago.

Supertramp, Aerosmith, Foreigner, The Who, Queen, AC-DC, Pat Benatar, Van Halen - I had 5 or more of each of those bands.

I like to collect bus schedules and bus maps. I also occasionally collect subway train schedules and subway maps but I'm not into subways as much. I did briefly collect baseball cards and even comics but stopped. I still have almost all of the baseball cards I collected somewhere and I think I have a good amount of the comics that I collected. I'm also holding on to the Playboys that I get every month since 1998. Come to think of it I made a number of collections over the years but I have to say the #1 are bus schedules. I keep a bag of them under my bed.

I collect souls. Want to be added to my collection? Just sign on the dotted line.

And, no, the contract is not written in blood. It's just red ink. Sticky red ink. ;)
