Few people on campus said nice or cool shoes to me.

Dude. I'd wear those in a heartbeat. :) They're wicked awesome!

I seem to prefer guys shoes to girls ones. I dunno why.

Closest thing I have to Spike's shoes (from Cowboy Bebop).

Yes, I think looking like Spike is cool.

These are the shoes I wear most often. Nowadays I wear the Converse more... Mainly cause the others kinda smell. haha I used to wear boots all the time, but they no longer fit since my feet grew during my pregnancy and haven't gone back down.

I bought these Teva Spitfire sandals in either summer or autumn of 2007
and have been wearing them every day since then.
Image
I love everything about them, except for
the non-velcro adjustment system of the toe and heel straps.
It's impossible to tighten those straps very much
because they don't hold. Other than that, these sandals
are great, due having to the following:
• A neutral heel (same height as under the rest of the foot).
• Good arch support.
• Very grippy sole pattern (they were marketed as boat sandals).
• Quick-release buckle doesn't wear out, plus it locks-in the
preferred adjustment. (for the strap that it's on, at least).

Lightning88,
Your shoes are real purty. I remember when those were
popular with young girls in the '80s.
