Black / gold / silver color will be the best choices on that dress.

Don't wear red/orange/green/blueish...They will ruin your dress.

Silver, charcoal, dark grey, dark dusty blue. You're in the soft blue/green spectrum, so you want to avoid any harsh color or anything warm.

Ooh, its gorgeous. Silver or black shoes would accessorize beautifully.

I hope you don't mind my input but it is a really beautiful dress and so feminine as well. Not too sure how you feel about high heels but It would be nice to compliment the dress with something sparkly and strappy.

Silver, black, or nude.
Is your office Christmas party a black-tie affair? If not, you may be overdressed.

Don't match the shoes to the dress itself, match them to the dress's accent features. What are you doing about a handbag?

Beautiful shape! I'd suggest strappy nude heels. I feel like this dress has a lot to say without the shoes drawing attention from it. Anything sparkly or contrasting would be create noise and distract from the beautiful shape.

Silver to match the silver detail on the dress, but not patent shiny/glossy silver, maybe more of a satin. Definitely something strappy.
