Usually a typical neurological brain structure, and yes there are differences even though not all brains are the same the difference between an NT brain and autistic(I'm talking the whole spectrum here) is very different. That's why they say we think a different way.

I don't think that a typical person doesn't have problems.
I think it's more that NTs tend to have problems that other NTs understand.
It's like living in a world where most people can't do maths, and they're all complaining about it, and they sympathise with each other. Whereas we can do maths, but complain about the fact that we can't get decent food and no one understands that this is a problem.
