Mental health professionals
The federal government
Cops
People in general
College campus/schools
Movie theaters(was recently added)
When I see the same car drive by again(I am sure people get lost or make a wrong turn and have to turn, but I admit its usually not my first thought)
Making an idiot of myself

and that is about it for now but I am sure there is more.

The SMELL of a hospital
The TOUCH of someone who grabs your shoulder without announcing it
The LOOK I get when I over react and the whole room abruptly stops
The TASTE of ANYTHING SPICY
The SOUND of babies crying, or talking, or just acting like babies. They speak at a frequency that makes me want to rip my eardrums out.

Elevators and trying to be politely unapproachable, and having to deal with the over-gregarious people that refuse to let you go up/down in peace and SILENCE.

Elevator talking is as bad as urinal conversations.

-My bus company going bust one day (losing my favourite bus service and/or my favourite bus-drivers, also my obsession with these bus-drivers, because if they go I will stop being obsessed with them in time, it's a natural ''out of sight, out of mind'' thing)
-People looking at me in the street (that I look weird even though I know I don't)
-Starting a job because of the fear of losing it again once started (due to never-ending recession)
-Airoplanes crashing when my family are on one
-Terrorists bombing the airport
-My MP3 packing up (just getting another one isn't the same, I've got over 300 RECORDED songs on mine and it will take ages to record them all again, one by one)
-Things in my home catching fire
-My home being burgled
-Eating out of date food
-The world ending on December 2012 (not just paranoid about this, I'm also fearful, anxious and petrified)

Travel (don't like flying and don't want to encounter bed bugs)
Being 50 and working around a bunch of 25-30 year olds who are disrespectful and mocking of me
Crazy younger drivers who take insane (confident) risks
Living in Florida and worrying about La Palma volcano in Canary Islands collapsing and causing HUGE Atlantic tsunami
Any tiny cut or abrasion getting infected with MRSA and half my body sloughing off

I just got so I hate to fly in the past few years.
I know what you mean about working with a bunch of 25-30 year olds especially when I am called stupid and mocking me also.
Changed my mind about moving to Florida when I retired because this old gal is a snow bird and hate the year round hot weather.

I hate soda that has been out of the fridge more than 20 mins. I wont drink flat or lukewarm soda. The thought makes me sick.

Hence my ability to drink a full 24 pack in a week, while maybe consuming a total of 3 cans of liquid.

I have had nightmares about MRSA, and I get OCD about washing the sheets ANYTIME I see my dog in the bed.

And if I pet them I wash like mad.

When I got fired a couple of years ago, it was unjustified, so what scared back then was me. I had some VERY BAD THOUGHTS.

Distracted drivers, especially those who are using their cellphones instead of focusing on the road.

Pedestrians who will start to jaywalk at any moment. In some neighborhoods, this is a real concern as people are too lazy to walk to the nearest crosswalk and wait for the walk signal.

Being fired. While that has never actually happened, it's still something that I worry about.
