I find myself either asking a random question or saying a stupid thing. In school I got beat up a lot for running around class yelling "heil Hitler heil Hitler" and my parents get angry when they tell me I should get a girlfriend and I ask "how do I force girls to like me" and stuff like that because I'm incapable of very much conversation anyone else like that?

Hell Hitler LOL that made me laugh. That's the type of thing I would do.

I have no advice on how to say less 'Stupid' things because I don't know how to myself. I just try to take in advice from what people tell me isn't OK to say or do.

Just rehearse conversations in your head. That will help filter out a lot of stupid things.

Exactly...that's what I try to do. Sometimes I will begin a sentence without knowing what to say when I am around people and feeling uncomfortable. I have to come up with something quick to finish the sentence. So the rehearsing of conversations beforehand is a real plus for me.
