When I get excited or intrigued by something, I often squirm around in my seat, or have to get up and pace around a little bit. It's like I absolutely get flooded with adrenaline. It feels good to get up and pace around. Sometimes I will also make stupid faces in the mirror because it feels good to do so. What are some of the ways others here handle stimulation?
