It's always the same stupid excuses like she was stressed, she couldn't emotionally/physically/financially support the special needs of her child. She's no less a murderer if she had done it to her NT kid.

5 years doesn't make me feel relieved, that seems like the consensus is that it's ok to kill AS people, but not NT people.

Will it be considered a mercy killing if someone in prison kills her? she's still going to prison right?

she could get up to 25 years but she has no criminal record so its not likely she will the max,she might get 10 5 was just an educated guess.

On the other hand maybe the fact that she is a millionaire had something to do with the sentence?

No Large Marge or Big Bertha, unfortunately. She'll be in solitary for sure, to protect her own wretched miserable ass. She'll go insaner in there, and then they'll let her out again and she'll hurt other people.

She needs real help while she's in prison... for as long as she needs it.
