I am currently trying a no MSG, no artificial sweetener diet, which means almost no processed food containing MonoSodium Glutamate. It's harder than it seems as they try to hide stuff by using different names, or no names like "spices", "natural flavourings".

I tried casein free and gluten free diet years ago, it was just too difficult for me.

There is an article on Forbes about a 'specific' Brocolli sprout extract, but it needs to be tested, and it may just be someone trying to sell their brand.

Lean meats, fruits and veggies, brown rice.

No dairy or dairy products, no red meats, no soy or soy products, no added salt.
