I love sushi. I eat any kind that is made from Kosher type fish. The Aspie g/f I use to date loves sushi as well.

I have a sushi-making kit. It is awesome. Have you ever had shrimp tempura rolls. They are so good!

I'm a new user, and can't post links, but go to Barnes & Noble's website and search "Sushi Deluxe Book and Kit"

I love sushi, too. I also like the dragon roll and pretty much anything to do with eel. I have also had urchin (don't reccomend it) and when I went to Japan I had whale (yuck!) and I went to one of those resturants where it comes out on a conveyor belt and you pay by the late.

I could live on sushi aswell! I can make my own alright, but it's obviously not as nice as the stuff at my local Japanese.

I'm actually going there in about an hour for dinner.

The spicy tuna hand roll and Tamagoyaki (sweet egg) are my favorites! :)

I had some sushi tonight. I had a Thai Smile roll which is cream cheese, avacado and shrimp. I had another roll but I forgot what was on it.

I LOVE sushi!! I treat myself to it once a week unless I have chosen something else as a treat (one day I week I allow myself to eat what I want). I know sushi is not fattening but.. I cannot eat just one piece :D

I enjoy both sushi and sashimi (except for oni), but the risk of mercury poisoning is too great for me to have seafood every day. :(

I wouldn't eat excessive amounts of sushi if I were you. There are all sorts of worrying things that can happen from eating it such as heavy metal poisoning. Also hepatitis can be a risk.

Most disgustingly you can get worms from it.

I love sushi! Even as a vegan, the flavors and textures of mixing different fruits, nuts, and vegetables is very nice!
It's fun to make, too. I got a sushi kit for my birthday two years ago.

If you eat it with lots of wasabi and ginger worms are not a big risk.

I'd take an all sushi diet - would be a happy creature. Metals poisoning can happen from eating bad fish - not just from sushi. And research is showing that those worms that you loathe so much are an important part of the digestive system over the course of evolution and that in fact their absence may contribute to some of the health issues becoming more frequent now in the "developed" world. Bring on the fresh water eel, tuna and salmon!

I am deathly alergic to COOKED fish/seafood. Somthing about how the Omegas/Oils volitilize under heat.

OTOH I can eat Sushi/Sashimi all day...
