Well then... according to your definition of addiction, I AM addicted. I find myself drinking more and more milk at a time in order to feel satisfied. It's gotten to the point now where I drink so much that I feel full and then a little more.
You're only focusing on half of it (and frankly, I don't believe that you're getting high or intoxicated from drinking milk). - If you don't also go into DTs when you abstain from milk, then you're not addicted to it.
