The Big Music by Kirsty Gunn - A very curiously written book, while fiction it is written like a non-fiction, it jumps around in time without being annoying. It's a story of a piping school in the Northern Highlands of Scotland. I can feel it stimulating a new special interest in piobaireachd music; I've already started initial searches!!

I've been trying to re-read The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It doesn't help that my pain killers make me feel very sleepy right now. I'm afraid of falling asleep and having them wear off and being in pain again. x_x
