Coffee makes me a lot more focused, it doesn't make relaxed it puts me on edge and make me twitchy and agitated. But I love it for its energy boosts.

Also it makes me feel quite motivated too and feel like I can do just about anything I wanted and my life goals seem to be easier to reach? :\

It's probably normal but I get really anxious and wary when my mood changes, I know coffee is a strong stimulant but are these effects ok?

The way you describe them they seem fine for you. For some people, coffee gives them the shakes and they have trouble sleeping.

What you describe is how coffee works for some users. There is a small subpopulation of those with ADHD who respond better to coffee - caffeine compounds - (not a cure) - than to stronger stimulants - alerting agents like Ritalin, Dexedrine, and Adderall (not cures either). Coffee is considered to be a weak drug. Recently a major study in the USA reported that 75% of children (as young as age 5) drink caffeine or use a caffeine product on a daily basis. For some reason, coffee - caffeine is not talked about that much - probably because it is such a large economic factor in society (coffees, teas, soft drinks, energy drinks, and so on). Currently (December 2010) there is a billboard trend by the Coca-Cola company which suggests that drinking their soft drinks is associated with achievement. Some people find caffeine/caffeine products helpful, others drink coffee just for the taste, and still others find coffee unwanted and choose to avoid it. People are different. That's the history of caffeine. People react differently to coffee. That's why one person can say they love coffee and the next person can say they hate coffee. Both are telling the truth.

I can't drink coffee. In fact I think I am allergic to caffeine, at least in doses above about 30 mg. If I take one aspirin I get heart palpitations, hot flashes, diarrhea and a general sense of panic.

So needless to say I avoid it.

-Hyperactivity (which is why I drink it)
-Trouble sleeping at times
-Excessive urination
-Jittering from time to time
-Other stuff? Better concentration? I don't know?

But instead, I drink excessive amounts of coke. Not good, I know.

Jittering
Seizures
Sleep.

I have not had coffee in 8 months. Too scared to go back.
I drink tea and even that can give me seizures.
Last time I had coffee I got really sleepy.
