I had a friend who swore the only people in Aus that drank Fosters were the American tourists. Sadly, it's probably true.

Tried Fosters once, my ex hubby's dad bought it for me when I was in Ireland.

My opinion: Not good at all!

I have never had Fosters, and I don't really know anyone that has.

That said, my sister informs me that the American Fosters tastes a lot like a Crown. So Tonka may indeed be on to something.

Fosters is/was a Melbourne beer before the foreigners bought the company.

Most Melbournians drink Victoria Bitters anyway.

They can charge $70 for Fosters beer, it's still going to taste like cat piss.

VB is no better.

TED all the way!

Don't like XXXX either.
Tooheys New is not too bad (I prefer Tooheys Old to New)

Coopers Sparkling Ale - now that's good.

I don't mind coopers pale ale either. coopers is the only good australian beer maker that is 100% owned and made
