Has anyone read the book All Cats have Asperger's Syndrome? It takes stereotypes of cats and makes it look like a sign of AS. It's funny and it helps me appreciate having Asperger Stydrome.

I loved that book. I read it with my daughter, who has ADHD. she saw several cats that she thought were very much like me :)

we also read all dogs have ADHD, which she didn't seem to find as interesting.

I'd like to read that. It sounds like the sort of thing I can get my mum for Christmas.

I have the book on hold at my local library and hope to read it soon. My cats seem to fit the DSM and ICD criteria for AS...

After I read that book, I started to comment on my cat's unusual interest in boxes.

yeah, wtf is that all about? my cat has to be in or on a cardboard box. she also loves rattan and paper grocery bags.

occasionally I'll see her sleeping on her back on the rug, but I never touch her because her belly is very sensitive and it makes her bite. AS for sure.

I got that book for my 17th birthday. When I am convinced that I am a freak I remember the book and think that..."All cats have Asperger Syndrome, it's not so bad!". :)

I have always admired cats. Suitably cold and frigid...
