Could it be a non-christian bashing thread in disguise?

What happened? I went away for a couple months, leaving the most civil forum on the internet, and when I return I find this. I will make no attempt to stop you, but I am suprised. Especially as you present no argument, rational or not, against Christianity, you merely express your distaste for it.

You're right, my mistake.
That excuses you, but there is still the problem of the people who drove you to create such a thread.

Umm... the only problem I see with this thread at the moment is that none of the people who I'd expect to be bashing Christianity have posted here yet. If this thread is to keep junk posts and flaming out of other threads, let's hope the people who are actually flaming will bother to post here. One thing I've learned about people who don't follow the rules to begin with is that they'll find ways around all the rules that they don't want to follow. :|

By the way, welcome back, Tim. I've missed reading the stuff you post recently. :)

I think some of you don't understand the difference between questioning a religion and bashing it. They are not the same thing.

The problem is it is so easy to bash who and what for whatever reason. It is to bad that is the way of this World and its people to so in the end. It doesn't matter what Religion they are from or what they believe either too. It seems this World takes to seriously some times then those people take to seriously then. This then leaves Us do more bashing in the end I think. It just become a revolving door of bashing in the end.

Perhaps I overreacted, this still is a much more courteous and respectful forum than most.
