Healthy weight loss?
I realized my weight was up to about 195 lbs this summer (early August), and I decided to change my eating habits to prepare for the "freshman 20" while I was away. At thanksgiving break I was surprised I'd gone down to around 160. Is losing 35 lbs over 4 months decent, or do I need to, like, eat something?
Also, I haven't really exercised since I got to school, so I've probably lost some muscle, too.
That's about 2 pounds a week, so no, that is far from being to much on a per weekly basis. However at 160 pounds and as a male you do seem like you are probably nearing the lower threshold for healthy weight depending on your height.
Listen to your body though, if you feel constantly hungry or fatigued or always sick then you probably need more food. If I were you I'd do a little weight lifting or body weight exercises and eat a tad bit more and you'll fill out nicely.
