Who else hates those stupid personality questions they ask on most online applications nowadays? Some I've filled out have asked me over 100! I just don't see the point. Not only that, but I think that they're programmed with some algorithm that will throw your application out if you give any "wrong" answers on these personality questions.

What do you all think?

My job history is consistent but lower level. I don't look good on paper. I have a better chance for an entry level position if I interview face to face. If someone looked at my work experience only they would dismiss me immediately. I've never taken a personality test for a job but I doubt seriously I would satisfy any corporate mindset.
