Hi!

That is a big question for me because I think I love my husband but I hate sex.

Heya!

The official definition is on asexuality.org... There are lots of different aspects of being asexual. I'm not sure whether I'm asexual or not because although I hate sex on the Aven website it kinda says that asexual people have normal emotional needs whereas I don't and generally hate any kind of closeness, intimacy or invasion of my personal space!

Sam :)

Not to trespass upon the "Women's Discussion" board, but I identify as asexual because I have no sexual desire. I have normal emotions and I feel things like love, but I have no desire to have sex, and though I can appreciate the female body it doesn't make me "horny".

To be asexual is to have no sexual desire. It means that you're not interested in either gender.

You may be attracted to someone, and you may love someone, but you do not enjoy sexual intercourse.
