Intrusive and unwanted thoughts are usually a sign of OCD.

I can't look at people without imagining killing them in various ways; naturally, this caused quite a bit of distress in the past.

I have the same thoughts only it isn't so much I want to kiss them but rather I imagine kissing them.

Does that make sense... :?

Don't worry, I'm the friendliest person you don't know.

I remember a roommate in the mental hostel was there due to intrusive thoughts of harming his family (OCD); it's a common thing. I had that too, well, I still have it all, but it's something I live with.

He is an alley cat- "domestic shorthair" My landlady found him as a kitten, only 2 weeks old, by a dumpster and brought him to us. Poor guy was missing half of his tail and was dehydrated but he is doing well now. I decided to put up his drag pic for my avatar now.

That is good to know- it cant be pleasant to have them all the time. I think I have that to an extent, but mine are more humorous.

When I was a young adult and saw a repulsive, unkempt man, usually morbidly obese as well, I'd imagine having sex with him and get really grossed out. There was a Korean comedienne
who mentioned this in one of her stand-up shows. I can't remember her name. Margaret Somebody? I was really shocked when she mentioned it.
