For me its weird because I tend to keep my coat on long after I enter a building but at the same time, I never wear a scarf perhaps out of laziness (I live near Toronto).

I have both going on. Whats even better, is that freezing nose hairs is a acceptable topic of conversation in Minnesota.

that is a very good point, i also have the problem at both ends of the temperature spectrum, i have to wear gloves below 50 because the tips of my fingers get chapped like the dickens. my extremities get very cold even as the rest of my body gets uncomfortably warm. i guess i am a lemon.
as for freezing nose hairs, can you hear your breath freeze in minnesota winters? just wondering...

I simply can't cope if I get too hot. I've gotten sick from intense heat before. I can run outside in the snow dressed as if I am going to the beach and still feel hot. It's very hard for me to expirence cold.

I always feel too hot and sweat quite easily. I can break a sweat from a simple 20 minute walk.
I sometimes have to keep the fan on inside my room when it's not a hot day.
Though in winter, it's impossible for me to not be cold and I get a lot of pain in my limbs. Gas heaters help, but that almost $200 for two gas canisters.

I also find that soups, tea and coffee can overheat my body quickly.

Though I'm interested in seeing the poll results, I'm not sure what I should vote for. I'm always one extreme or the other as far as body temperature. One thing I can't seem to avoid is sweat. Either I'm too hot so I'm sweating, or I'm too cold so I'm also sweating. I have no idea what kind of clothes I need to keep me at a normal temperature and also not sweat so much. It just never seems to work and it's really quite irritating. I would love to just be comfortable for once.

Myself
If its humid and 80 outside I will avoid it,as I cant get comfortable.
If I have to do something outside , I spend an inordinate amount of time wiping the sweat from face and this gets annoying....(I should use a headband.)
I will mow the grass close to sun down as direct sunlight on my face is annoying/irritating..its like standing right under an incandescent light bulb.
I cant breath well either in this 'zone'......not enough O2.
At times, in hot scenarios, I've taken a 5 gallon bucket filled with water and dip my head into the bucket for a second or two and this alleviates a heatstroke-headache 'coming on'...... I can rapidly feel the 'heat build up' dissipate.
IT'S MISERABLE.

I had to put on the fan when I got back from my 20 minute walk. I was trying on clothes before that and broke out in a sweat. I hate using change rooms for that reason.

Having a tea in the morning or at night in winter is like swallowing a hot water bottle though, so that's a t least a positive to this.

I used to get hot real easily but not anymore. I also tend to get cold easily but other people seem to have problems with temperature and I am fine.

I have it when I have stomach cramps. I like having a nice relaxing chai at night but it keeps me up.
