Over my life, there has been a few instances where my brain would tingle. It's a positive sensation and it makes me happy. It mainly occurs when I hear certain voices. I don't even have to know the person, it could be a voice from a TV show or game (Elizabeth from Persona 3 for example). What causes this? Does anyone know? Is this a stupid question? XD

Tingle? Can you elaborate or be less ambiguous?

It's hard to explain. D:

It's like a pins and needles feeling that starts in my brain and travels throughout the body but it's a pleasant feeling, instead of painful. D:

I think I know what you mean.

Is it because you like the stim of certain pitches?

Maybe. Since I'm a former band geek, I'm more tuned-in to special pitches. But then again, I've been feeling this sensation since I was 5. :)

Yeah, it eventually takes over the body but it starts in the brain. ^_^
