Anyone stayed at a hotel that was supposedly haunted?

I just saw this!

My parents and I are staying at that hotel for a few days in the fall. Creapy but yet exciting at same time. You can watch parts 1-3 which is the entire episode. Otesaga Resort looks so nice. I love historical hotels.

You gotta tell us if you see anything in there.

OR this

The one on you tube comes in 6 parts.

I will watch the entire episode at home and jot down the key places where it is haunted and bring the info with me when we all go in the fall. This is freaky!! I hope I don't see anything, but I want to see something too! I hope this isn't some lie. I mean the hotel was built in 1909!

I also saw TV shows on some resort in San Diego that is haunted by a young woman who killed herself in the late 1800s or early 1900s.

We have a haunted pub hotel in my town, but it's only one room that's haunted apparently.

When I was 14, my parents and I stayed for 3 weeks in a holiday home that they thought was haunted. It wasn't a hotel, it was a flat above a tea house. I didn't experience anything strange there, but my parents did. Neither of them had believed in ghosts before we went to stay in that flat, but by the end of that holiday they were both sure that the place was haunted.

Not that I know of, but I have lived in many haunted houses.

I am back from visiting upstate NY. I do believe the resort is haunted. Dad heard strange noises too. When I would awake the music would stop, yet when I went back to bed I can faintly hear music. I don't know where it was coming from. Perhaps ghosts in period clothing are dancing in the ballroom. It is a old resort, built in 1909.

That would be cool to sleep in a haunted hotel. 8)

Yes it is but no as well. Every noise startled me. When people walk on the floor it makes all sorts of noises. The heating system makes weird noises too sorta like a moaning sound. The sound system isn't that great either. I heard the TV from another room.

I've tried staying in haunted hotels and all of the houses I've lived in are supposedly haunted, but I have yet to see anything that may encourage me to believe in the very existence of ghosts. I even went ahead to see a shaman last summer because I was told he had a lot of djinns as his "pets," but the meeting wasn't as interesting as I thought it would've been. :(

djinns?

I don't think I would stay at another historic hotel. The noise just really bothered me. It isn't sound proof. But the scenery was so pretty. The resort overlooked this huge lake.

there's one in Jefferson, TX. we only heard later it was supposed to be haunted.

my wife & i had just sat down to a nice Italian dinner downstairs (we had booked a B&B elsewhere over the internet), when she suddenly got such a strange & overwhelming feeling she had to leave the table & go outside, & would not return to finish our meal.

i'm glad i'm not sensitive.

Hmm..
I believe one of the members here (Sugarglider_18) has a fascination with haunted houses...

I've personally never had any experience with a haunting. I'd probably start prying apart floorboards and walls in order to find a logical explination for it.
