How do you feel about your stutter?

Yes,foolish but more frustrated.
The words are in your mind, but you can not make them leave your mouth.
And people don,t know how to react(fully understandable) but it makes you more nervous and rhe whole talking process become a mess.
Another thing is that some people think you are somewhat ret*d or feel pity for you.
Of course pity is not bad,but i hate it

If I can prepare what I'm going to say, I'm fine, but I stutter when someone talks to me and I am unprepared for it. It embarrasses me.

Eve when i am prepare to say something. it is actually more worse.
But also when people interrupt me when i am in my own thoughts.
But in some cases(few) the talking is almost smoothly

In that case you rehearse a sort of "script",but the problem is other people don,t follow your script.

Makes me wonder... I don't stutter, and never have; but I learned how to use pitch and inflection (you know, how loudly you say something, what you emphasize, and whether your voice goes up and down) by thinking of the words as a musical phrase. That mental trick let me follow the patterns and use what is apparently a quite typical-sounding, though rather formal, manner of speech. I don't know if something similar might improve your fluency; it would probably only work if you are instinctively drawn to music, at least more so to music than to spoken words.

My stuttering is bad. I can't get out the words and I say "blah!!" because that's my way of starting again on what I'm going to say. If it is in front of lots of people, I am drenched in sweat within seconds. Also I don't breath within talking, so I run out of breath and go very very red :(

I have AS and I stutter a lot when I get anxious and nervous. I also say, "Blah!" as well because it's more easier than trying to get the rest of the sentence out.
