please take a moment of silence to remember all the victims of the world wide genocides. the Holocaust was not the only one. they still happen around the world to this day and some take many more lives then the holocaust. but the victims go unknown unremembered in mass graves.

please spread awareness that the holocaust was not the only genocide , please let others know that this terrible thing happens over and over. if more people know then perhaps more will be willing to get the world leaders to stop such terrible things.

You know, it always amazes me that people seem to forget or not even know that the Holocaust was not the only genocide. There were 4 during the 20th century, and the Armenians came first. I remember working with one guy outside for a day pushing the grocery carts, and he was talking about the Armenian genocide, and how nobody knows about it, and how the Turkish government still denies it to this day. I told him that the reason that genocide is forgotten is the same reason that World War 2 video games and literature are much more popular than World War 1 games and literature.

Genocide is about as natural as furry porn. It can be stopped, because all problems have solutions. A problem without a solution isn't a problem at all, because then, the question becomes "As opposed to what?" If you give up, THEN a problem will become impossible to solve. The only things that are not solvable are those things that are natural, such as dying of old age.

Genocide does not happen in nature under natural conditions. Humans do not live under natural conditions.

It is human nature, although, to establish one's race, culture or religion as better than anyone else's. Genocides, like wars, like colonialism, happenned because a group of elitists all belonging to the same group thought to express their supperioritty by these actions, claiming that the victim nation or group was a victim of their own destiny.

Patriotism is a form of dementia that completely distorts rational thought.

Patriotism might be the only ( if not, the biggest ) road block to a sovereign world. aka peace on earth.

Don't get me wrong though, there's a difference between Patriotism and Nationalism. Nationalism is the pride of one's origin, Patriotism is the willingness to DIE or KILL by the name of said pride.
