Although I haven't seen any cartoon characters with AS, it seems like Tsukimi from the anime Princess Jellyfish has traits that I would consider to be Aspergian in nature. For example, she is obsessed with jellyfish, and knows all about them (she recites facts as if they came straight from an encyclopedia).

Well I think a cartoon character that may have austim is perhaps squidward from sponge bob. I think this because he always tends to avoid social activities, unexpressive, alot of social adnormalness, tends to display incorrect expression in social activities, and so on. So thats why I suppect squidward to have some type of austim. Although with cartoons and other shows the writer may not of really been thinking about the way the character is protraied so to people with out austm they may think squidward is just shy and always mad but smart and perhaps even funny. So you see it`s really in the eyes of the viewer rather or not a character has austim or not. Hope I helped cause that`s what I think. 8)
