Oh G-d yes, I make up songs all the time. Didn't know anyone else did that! I actually wrote a "theme song" for my girlfriend. She pretends to hate it, but I think she's secretly pleased.

I don't make up words very often, but I do sort of make up my own slang by misusing/overusing real words. My current favorites are "joyous" and "frolicsome".
